The Pro Football Hall of Fame enshrined its 2026 class this weekend, with Drew Brees, Larry Fitzgerald and Luke Kuechly headlining the inductees. Kicker Adam Vinatieri drew laughs with jokes about Bill Belichick, Peyton Manning and Tom Brady during his speech. New Hall of Famer Roger Craig revealed during his taped acceptance speech that he has been diagnosed with vascular dementia. Injuries & Roster Moves

The Commanders suffered a major blow as left tackle Laremy Tunsil suffered a torn triceps and will likely require surgery, missing significant regular-season time. Saints guard Dillon Radunz is out for the season with a torn ACL. Eagles OLB Jonathan Greenard will miss at least another couple weeks as he recovers from a pectoral injury, per defensive coordinator Vic Fangio. Lions starting center Cade Mays has a wrist injury that will cause him to miss a significant amount of time, and running back Isiah Pacheco injured his knee (details in same article). Bears WR Luther Burden III is expected to miss preseason with a groin injury but should be ready for Week. Burden left practice early Saturday after tangling with a cornerback. Ravens WR Zay Flowers is day-to-day with a left quad contusion. Patriots tight end Hunter Henry signed a two-year extension worth up to $20M with $14.5M guaranteed. The Titans made left guard Peter Skoronski the highest-paid guard in the league with a four-year, $100M extension. The Cowboys now have a model after Quinnen Williams’ extension — Dallas appears to have rediscovered its old formula of locking up stars.

Quarterback Carousel & Retirements

Teddy Bridgewater said in an Instagram post that his retirement is “official” after previously retiring from the Lions. Coach Dan Campbell confirmed Bridgewater’s departure and said the Lions will pivot to quarterback Joshua Dobbs. Former NFL QB Derek Carr joins UCLA as a special adviser to coach Bob Chesney. The Panthers signed Kyle Trask as QB3 after Haynes King injured his hamstring in the Hall of Fame game. Raiders QB Kirk Cousins and DE Maxx Crosby were held out of practice Saturday for disciplinary reasons stemming from their fight on Friday. 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan plans to coach the preseason opener as he nears full recovery from a car crash. Jared Goff keeps the Lions’ offense pulling together without distraction, according to Dan Campbell.

Colts GM said WR Alec Pierce is “in good shape” despite remaining sidelined after ankle surgery. Dolphins coach Jeff Hafley promised a heavy workload for RB De’Von Achane, possibly 40-plus touches in some games. The Eagles have bought in to a new offensive system under coordinator Sean Mannion. The Giants’ experiment in West Virginia under John Harbaugh seems a success. Harbaugh’s priority at Giants camp is stopping the run. Giants QB Jaxson Dart drew rave reviews for sliding after a run, showing concussion awareness. The Cowboys’ revamped defense gets its first test in a joint practice with the Rams.
