The Tennessee Titans have signed left guard Peter Skoronski to a four-year, $100 million extension with $88 million guaranteed, making him the highest-paid guard in the NFL, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The Titans announced the multiyear extension Friday without disclosing terms.

"This is a tremendous blessing. It's a reflection of the work, sacrifice and support that has helped me get to this point," Skoronski said in a statement. "Thank you to Ms. Amy, Mike Borgonzi and Coach Saleh for believing in me."

Selected 11th by the Titans in 2023, Skoronski started 14 games as a rookie and all 17 games the next two seasons. He logged 1,004 snaps last season, the only Titans offensive player to play 100% of the team's snaps, and recorded a 96.0% pass block win rate in 2025, finishing tied for fourth among interior linemen.

"We couldn't be happier to keep Peter in Nashville," general manager Mike Borgonzi said. "He has the work ethic to match his talent and a perpetual desire to win."
