Drew Brees, Larry Fitzgerald, Luke Kuechly, Adam Vinatieri, and Roger Craig were inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. Brees, the second-leading passer in NFL history with 80,358 yards and 571 touchdown passes, credited his success to adversity, including being benched by Marty Schottenheimer. "The adversity was not expected, but very necessary," Brees said. He thanked former New Orleans Saints coach Sean Payton, who introduced him on stage. Brees played 20 seasons in the NFL, winning a Super Bowl with the Saints.

Fitzgerald, a 17-year veteran with the Arizona Cardinals, was the first to have his bronze bust revealed. The 11-time Pro Bowl receiver finished second in career receptions (1,432) and receiving yards (17,492). He emphasized the importance of helping others pursue excellence, thanking mentors like Cris Carter, Randy Moss, Emmitt Smith, and Kurt Warner.

Kuechly, 35, became the second-youngest Hall of Famer. The five-time All-Pro linebacker played eight seasons with the Carolina Panthers, earning Defensive Rookie of the Year (2012) and Defensive Player of the Year (2013) honors. He retired to preserve his brain health after multiple concussions.

Craig, who revealed he has vascular dementia, was the first player to achieve 1,000 rushing and 1,000 receiving yards in a single season.
