The fate of Apple's rumored all-glass 20th-anniversary iPhone remains murky. A new report suggests the 20th-anniversary iPhone redesign is still on track, countering earlier cancellation claims. A separate rumor insists the all-glass iPhone Pro model expected in 2027 is proceeding as planned. However, Jefferies today downgraded Apple stock, citing the all-glass iPhone cancellation rumor from supply chain checks, and Mac Rumors reports the all-glass 20th anniversary iPhone has been canceled. Meanwhile, a leaked photo allegedly reveals the iPhone 18 Pro Max battery at a massive 5,391mAh, and another leak confirms an iPhone 18 Pro Max larger battery nearly 12% larger than its predecessor. A Weibo leaker weighed in on the correct shade for the Dark Cherry iPhone 18 Pro. On the Mac front, new M6 MacBook Pro and refreshed iMacs are likely coming in October, according to Bloomberg. The analyst Ming-Chi Kuo noted that Apple is cutting back 2026 hardware shipments due to DRAM shortages, and he also disputed a rumor of a $1B Apple chip stockpile at TSMC. Apple has been testing Chinese memory chips in iPhones and Mac Books from CXMT. An OLED iMac panel could include an extra layer to fight burn-in.
