All-Star Game Updates and Withdrawals

Several players are withdrawing from or have been replaced on the All-Star rosters. Yankees pitcher Cam Schlittler will not pitch in the game, opting instead for rest. Phillies ace Zack Wheeler declined an invitation, stating he felt "disrespected" by being overlooked earlier. Brewers right-hander Jacob Misiorowski has been scratched due to arm fatigue. Athletics first baseman Nick Kurtz was placed on the injured list with a thumb sprain, removing him from the American League starting lineup.
