Ubisoft confirmed that Assassin's Creed Black Flag: Resynced has not only captured players worldwide but also exceeded commercial expectationsאַב. The Q1 sales report shows the title sold 3.5 million units in its first 14 days, surpassing the anticipated annual volume within just two weeks.

The game’s strong launch in July earned it an 84 rating on OpenCritic and Metacritic, underscoring its positive reception from both gamers and reviewers. This immediate success places Black Flag: Resynced among Ubisoft’s top-performing releases of the year.

Financially, Ubisoft reported total sales of €268.2 million for Q1 2026, a 13.7 % decline versus the same period last year. Net bookings hit €255.8 million, exceeding the €250 million target but falling 8.7 % short of the €281.6 million recorded in the prior year. Despite the overall decline, the strong launch indicates robust interest and a solid foundation for future content. The publisher expects Q2 net bookings to reach €370 million in the next quarter.
