On today, Kioxia Corporation unveiled the KIOXIA CM10 Series, the first PCIe 6.0 enterprise SSDs that harness the company’s newest Bi CS FLASH generation 10 TLC flash memory. Tailored for demanding enterprise and AI workloads—including AI inference and context caching—the drives support NVIDIA’s CMX architecture and deliver marked improvements in performance, power efficiency, and cooling flexibility compared to older models.\n\nThe CM10 Series offers up to 92 % higher sequential read performance and 85 % higher random read performance, accelerating data‑intensive AI inference and enterprise applications while enhancing overall system efficiency. Designed for next‑generation AI infrastructure, the units feature direct‑cold‑plate liquid cooling, enabling more efficient deployments in data centers.\n\nAvailable in E3.

S, E1. S, and 2.5‑inch form factors, the drives range from 1.60 TB to 61.44 TB and support NVMe 2.1, Open Compute Project specifications, and NVMe Flexible Data Placement. Security options include SIE, SED, and upcoming SED FIPS 140‑3.

Sampling is underway for select customers and the series will be showcased at FMS: the Future of Memory and Storage.
