ScaleFlux is set to unveil two new PCIe Gen 6 silicon solutions at FMS 2026: the FC6116 PCIe Gen 6 NVMe SSD Controller and the MC600 PCIe Gen 6 CXL 3.2 Type 3 Memory Controller. These offerings aim to enhance AI, hyperscale cloud, and enterprise infrastructure with increased bandwidth, reduced power consumption, and improved scalability.

Beyond the hardware, ScaleFlux provides a comprehensive turnkey solution, including firmware, reference designs, and manufacturing support, to accelerate customer product development and market entry. "AI infrastructure is driving unprecedented demand for higher bandwidth, greater memory capacity, and lower power consumption," stated Hao Zhong, CEO and Co-founder of ScaleFlux.

The FC6116 SSD controller supports PCIe Gen 6 x4 and dual-port 2x2 configurations, delivering up to 28 GB/s sequential read throughput, 25 GB/s sequential write throughput, and up to 7 million random read IOPS, with less than 9W active power. It supports various NAND types, capacities up to 256 TB, and multiple EDSFF form factors. Sampling for the FC6116 is expected in Q4 2026.

The MC600 CXL memory controller, also sampling in Q4 2026, offers industry-leading power efficiency for memory expansion. Built on PCIe Gen 6 and compliant with CXL 3.2, it supports quad-channel DDR5 and dual-channel DDR4, enabling up to 2 TB of DDR5 memory per controller with typical power consumption under 9W. This controller features native support for both DDR4 and DDR5, enhancing flexibility and reducing capital expenditure.
