2026 Lucid Gravity Touring Review: Strong Second Act

Lucid's Lucid Gravity Touring marks the brand's second act after the Air sedan, starting at $82,000 (tested at $107,200). The Touring uses an 89-kWh battery pack delivering 560 hp and 811 lb-ft of torque, with an EPA range of 337 miles. A Grand Touring variant offers 123 kWh, 828 hp, and 407 miles for over $100,000.

In a week of mixed driving, the Touring returned 320 real-world miles, close to its estimate. Charging is a highlight: the NACS port enables plug-and-charge at Tesla Superchargers, with 15–95% achieved in 31 minutes and up to 200 miles added in 11 minutes on a 400 kW DC fast charger. Efficiency averaged 3.3 mi/kWh in suburbs and 3.8 mi/kWh on highways.

Despite weighing ~5,200 lbs, the Gravity feels agile. Optional rear-wheel steering and three-chamber air suspension balance comfort and control, while six-piston Brembo brakes provide serious stopping power. Steering is precise, and the squared-off wheel requires only brief adjustment.

Inside, a 34-inch 6K OLED display and 12.6-inch central touchscreen dominate a clean, Scandinavian-style cabin. Third-row seating is optional, front seats offer excellent massage functions, and the design feels premium. The Touring's visual coherence and aerodynamic surfaces make it handsome, though two-tone paint can clash with the Stealth Appearance package.
