Sky Sports has renewed its alliance with anti‑discrimination charity Kick It Out for another year, marking the sixth year of collaboration. The extension delivers a £1m mix of cash and in‑kind support aimed at eradicating bias and opening career pathways within the sport. Both parties cite a shared drive to make football a more inclusive arena across the UK.

Kick It Out rolled out its new five‑year Football United strategy in September, with Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville fronting the launch at Team Lewis in Battersea while Sky News presenter Bela Shah hosted. Bela mentored two Raise Your Game delegates, Elliott‑Jay Henry and Razaq Folarin, who co‑hosted the event after meeting her at Sky’s Osterley studios.

Sky also spotlighted Kick It Out’s Guinness 0.0 partnership, using pundit Clinton Morrison to launch staff‑training at a Greene King pub in Westminster, aiming to equip thousands with inclusive service skills. A documentary on founder Lord Herman Ouseley aired on Sky Sports and during England’s March 2025 Latvia match, reinforcing the charity’s 30‑year legacy. The collaboration continues to channel Sky’s £30m commitment to structural equality.
