The TikTok clip, where Jeudy flashed four fingers, was interpreted by many as a nod to Deshaun Watson, who wears No. 4. However, Jeudy claims the video was edited to create a false narrative.

"Yall cut the clip perfectly for that narrative," Jeudy posted on X, asserting he would not comment on the coaching decision regarding the starting quarterback job between Watson and Shedeur Sanders. He emphasized his support for his teammates and his focus on his own role.

Watson, in the final year of his $230 million contract, and Sanders shared first-team reps during offseason workouts. Watson is returning from a second Achilles surgery, while Sanders enters his second season after starting seven games as a rookie. Coach Todd Monken has praised both players' development.
