Samsung is expanding its Certified Re-Newed program for the Galaxy S25 series into the UK, Germany, and France, following the program's US debut last August. This move gives European consumers access to refurbished flagships at lower prices while maintaining quality standards. The company subjects returned units to rigorous testing, cleaning, and repairs using genuine parts, including a new battery.

Each phone ships with the latest software and a new IMEI, packaged in eco-friendly materials with a standard USB-C cable and SIM ejector. Samsung backs these devices with the same warranty as new phones, a key advantage over third-party refurbishers. In France, the program is marketed as Refurbished Premium By Samsung.

While the main S25 models are available, the Edge and FE variants are not yet included. Jun Kim, EVP and Head of Galaxy Value Innovation Team, noted the expansion helps drive a circular economy and brings Galaxy AI to more users. European availability mirrors the US, though foldable Z models remain US-only for now.
