Samsung's latest foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Flip8, Galaxy Z Fold8, and Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, have surpassed pre-order expectations in Europe. Unveiled on July 22 and set for release on August 7, these devices saw a 20% increase in pre-orders compared to last year's Galaxy Z Fold7 and Flip7 models within the first 11 days.

The Fold8 alone accounted for nearly 40% of European pre-orders. The positive reception extends beyond Europe, with India reporting 271,000 pre-orders for the Flip8 and Fold8 duo in just 72 hours, a feat that took their predecessors 15 days. South Korea, Samsung's home market, saw 1.44 million pre-orders for the Flip8 and Fold8 within a week, breaking the previous record held by the Galaxy Note10 series.
