Injuries and Roster Moves

Several teams saw key players go down. Bears wide receiver Luther Burden III suffered a groin injury in Saturday's practice and is expected to miss time. Saints guard Dillon Radunz is out for the season with a torn ACL. The Commanders also took a major hit as left tackle Laremy Tunsil suffered a torn triceps and will likely require surgery, sidelining him for a significant portion of the regular season. In response to injuries, the Panthers signed Kyle Trask as their third quarterback after Haynes King went down with a hamstring injury.

Hall of Fame Weekend

The Pro Football Hall of Fame welcomed a star-studded class, as Drew Brees, Larry Fitzgerald and Luke Kuechly were among those inducted Saturday. Adam Vinatieri entertained the crowd with jokes about Belichick and Manning during his enshrinement speech. New Hall of Famer Roger Craig revealed during his taped acceptance speech that he has been diagnosed with vascular dementia.
