Bears wide receiver Luther Burden III left practice Saturday with an apparent lower-body injury after tangling with Tyrique Stevenson. Ravens wideout Zay Flowers is considered day-to-day after suffering a left quad contusion that could sideline him briefly. Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes says his rehabbed knee feels great and he sometimes doesn’t even think about it during practice. On the sideline, 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan intends to coach the preseason opener against the Titans as he nears full recovery from last month’s car crash.

Camp and Roster Moves

The Raiders held Kirk Cousins and Maxx Crosby out of practice for disciplinary reasons stemming from their fight on Friday. The Titans made a massive commitment to their offensive line, signing guard Peter Skoronski to a four-year, $100 million extension that makes him the highest-paid guard in the NFL. The Saints added veteran linebacker Deion Jones on a one-year deal, his fourth NFC South team.
