The Eagles will continue to "lean into" the tush push in their new offense, according to offensive coordinator Sean Mannion. "It's going to be a part of what we do. It's been an extremely effective play here," Mannion said Saturday. "We're going to lean into that."

There has been significant offensive turnover this offseason. Philadelphia fired offensive coordinator Kevin Patullo and hired Mannion, the former Green Bay Packers quarterbacks coach implementing an under-center, play-action-heavy system influenced by Kyle Shanahan and Sean McVay. The Eagles also replaced longtime offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland with Chris Kuper.

Philadelphia has converted the QB sneak play at a 96.6% rate in fourth-and-1 situations since 2022, leading the league with 27 attempts last season. The Packers led a 2025 offseason push to ban the play, but the proposal fell two votes short. No further ban proposals emerged this past offseason.
