Mauricio Pochettino signed a new contract to continue as manager of the U.S. men's national team through the 2030 World Cup. The demands on Pochettino will be entirely different now that he has four years to plan for another World Cup. U.S. Soccer announced Monday morning that Pochettino will remain the coach.

Gio Reyna has completed a move to Strasbourg from Borussia Mönchengladbach. Chelsea goalkeeper Filip Jorgensen is set to seal a season-long loan to Strasbourg, which is part of the same ownership group as the London club. Argentinian international Valentín Barco has joined Chelsea from Strasbourg. Coventry City confirmed the permanent signing of 25-year-old goalkeeper Carl Rushworth from Brighton and Hove Albion. Newly promoted Women's Super League club Crystal Palace has signed Tottenham defender Molly Bartrip for an undisclosed fee. Queens Park Rangers has signed Finland midfielder Glen Kamara from Rennes on a season-long loan. Como has agreed a deal worth more than £30 million to sign Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah. Newcastle United signed goalkeeper Lukas Hornicek from Braga in a deal worth £25.7 million. Chelsea confirmed the signing of England midfielder Jordan Henderson. Bournemouth is finalizing an £11.1 million move for Sevilla right-back Juanlu. Bay FC agreed to a deal to sign United States winger Jenna Nighswonger from Arsenal for approximately $200,000.
