Apple has launched the iPhone 17e, its latest affordable iPhone that closely resembles last year's 16e but introduces several upgrades. The device is powered by the new A19 chip with a 4-core GPU and features the latest C1X modem for improved connectivity. It retains the 6.1-inch OLED display with 60Hz refresh rate but now includes Ceramic Shield 2 glass protection.

The iPhone 17e maintains the same starting price of $599 for the 256GB model, with a 512GB variant available for $799. The camera system includes a 48MP rear shooter with OIS and 4K 60fps Dolby Vision video recording, plus a 12MP front camera. The device now supports MagSafe for wireless accessories and offers 15W wireless charging alongside faster wired charging.

Additional features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, IP68 rating, GPS, NFC, Satellite connectivity, and eSIM support. The phone runs iOS 26 and comes with Apple Intelligence. Available in Black, White, and a new Soft Pink finish, pre-orders begin March 4 with deliveries starting March 11. This launch continues Apple's strategy of offering premium features in its more affordable iPhone lineup.
