Fix Android Bluetooth Issues with Pixel Tool

Bluetooth problems often provide little direction, leaving users guessing why earbuds drop out or car connections fail. To simplify this, Google has introduced Bluetooth Diagnostics for Pixel 6 and newer devices. This built-in tool helps test problematic accessories before resorting to factory resets or endless re-pairing attempts.

Accessible via Settings > Connected devices, the feature runs specific tests for media audio, hands-free calls, and vehicle links. Wireless Android Auto relies on both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, meaning one connection might function while the other fails. The diagnostic tool clarifies which component is causing the breakdown, saving time compared to blind troubleshooting.

While useful, the feature cannot repair faulty hardware or outdated accessory firmware. Users should still toggle Bluetooth, restart devices, and re-pair if needed. Alternatively, Galaxy owners can use Samsung Members for similar device-wide sweeps. When sharing diagnostic data, reports may include MAC addresses, connection logs, and hardware status for deeper analysis.
