The Pro 12 convertible will arrive with two eight-core Intel Core Ultra 5 options (325 and 335), featuring just a 100MHz clock speed difference between them. Both models will support up to 32GB of memory, positioning them as premium thin-and-light devices.

The Surface Laptop 8 will maintain Microsoft's traditional 13-inch form factor, offering either the Core Ultra X7 368H with Arc B390 graphics or the Core Ultra 7 366H with a four-core iGPU. Benchmarks reveal a single-core score of 2,833 and multicore score of 16,368. A 15-inch version, potentially branded Surface Laptop 13, is expected with identical specifications.

While Microsoft has not officially announced these devices, industry sources suggest a mid-May launch timeline. The inclusion of Intel's latest processors signals Microsoft's commitment to maintaining its competitive edge in the premium laptop market. These leaks come as the company faces increasing pressure from Apple's M-series chips and other Windows OEMs.
