Adjusted EBITDA jumped 279% to $30.8 million, nearly double guidance. Net revenue came in at $314.3 million, down 2% but above the midpoint of guidance. Operating cash flow rose 148% to $74.8 million.

The quarter included a $15.6 million tariff refund benefit, which boosted gross margin by 500 basis points. Excluding this benefit, adjusted EBITDA was $16.6 million, still above the high end of guidance. The Gamer and Creator Peripherals segment grew 13% to $115.9 million, driven by Fanatec and Elgato momentum. Gaming Components revenue fell 9% due to memory pricing, but memory revenue grew 17%.

Corsair completed the acquisition of Trak Racer and made a minority investment in Bitfocus to expand its Sim Racing and Stream Deck ecosystems. CEO Thi La highlighted record margins and disciplined execution, noting the company's focus on higher-margin categories and ecosystem growth.
