Corsair Gaming posted a robust first‑quarter 2026, delivering $354.5 million in revenue and a record gross margin of 32.7 %. Gross profit rose 13 % YoY to $116 million, while net income jumped $23.4 million. Adjusted EBITDA surged 58 % to $35.8 million, beating the top of its guidance, and GAAP diluted EPS hit $0.11, with non‑GAAP EPS reaching $0.27.

Revenue in the Gamer and Creator Peripherals segment climbed 10 % to $123.3 million, driven by strong demand for streaming gear, new Elgato audio products and Fanatec sim‑racing accessories. Meanwhile the Gaming Components and Systems division fell 10 % to $231.2 million as semiconductor shortages and high prices throttled DIY PC sales, though gross margin improved to 28.4 %. Elgato Marketplace saw double‑digit growth as AI‑assisted development lowered barriers for creators.

Cash and restricted cash rose by $20.9 million to $119.7 million, giving Corsair flexibility for R&D and shareholder returns; it repurchased $5 million of stock under its $50 million buyback plan. Management forecasts Q2 revenue between $295 million and $320 million, acknowledging a decline but expecting continued momentum in peripherals. These results show Corsair’s shift toward product lines. Demand for AI‑focused workstations taps a $22 billion market, aligning Corsair’s partnership with ORIGIN PC.
