Logitech International announced robust financial results for the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2027. Sales reached $1.23 billion, a 7 percent increase in US dollars year-over-year, driven by strong innovation and marketing. Both GAAP and non-GAAP gross margins saw significant improvements, with GAAP operating income up 60 percent and non-GAAP EPS rising 47 percent. These results were bolstered by $61 million in tariff refunds.

"We delivered a strong first quarter against a dynamic backdrop," stated CEO Hanneke Faber. CFO Matteo Anversa highlighted excellent operational discipline, noting that even excluding tariff refunds, non-GAAP operating income grew 14 percent year-over-year. Cash flow from operations was $167 million, and the company returned $114 million to shareholders through repurchases.

Looking ahead to the second quarter of FY27, Logitech anticipates sales between $1,185 - $1,220 million. However, a recent incident at a semiconductor supplier facility is expected to impact net sales by approximately $20 million in Q2 and potentially up to $200 million in Q3, with the impact largely resolved by Q4. Despite this, the company expects full-year non-GAAP operating margin to remain near the high end of its 15-18 percent long-term target range.
