Seagate Technology Holdings plc reported strong financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and the full fiscal year ended July 3, 2026. The company exceeded expectations for revenue and non-GAAP EPS in the fourth quarter, capping a fiscal year marked by a 34% revenue increase, record profitability, and a record $3.1 billion in free cash flow.

Dave Mosley, Seagate's chair and CEO, attributed the performance to robust cloud data center demand and disciplined execution, noting that the momentum is expected to continue into 2027. He highlighted the durable long-term demand for mass-capacity storage driven by AI and Seagate's strategic positioning with its Mozaic platform and HAMR technology.

For the fiscal year 2026, Seagate generated $3.7 billion in cash flow from operations and returned $810 million to shareholders. The company also reduced its overall debt by $1.4 billion during the fiscal year, ending with $3.6 billion in total debt. Seagate announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.74 per share, payable on October 7, 2026. The company provided guidance for fiscal first quarter 2027, projecting revenue of $4.1 billion and non-GAAP diluted EPS of $7.30.
