Arsenal have completed the signing of winger Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge for a £34 million ($45.7m) fee. The Greece international arrives as Leandro Trossard departs for Besiktas in a £15.3m ($20.6m) move.

Sporting director Andrea Berta praised Tzolis as "an extremely versatile attacking player who naturally operates on the left but is comfortable across the front line." He highlighted the 26-year-old's technical ability, finishing with both feet, and strong mentality.

Tzolis produced outstanding numbers last season with 22 goals and 29 assists in 52 appearances for Club Brugge. He has 34 caps and nine goals for Greece, and previous Premier League experience with Norwich City, including a debut at the Emirates.

The winger joins Piero Hincapié, whose loan became permanent, and free-transfer goalkeeper Illan Meslier as summer arrivals for Mikel Arteta's Premier League champions.
