Terrion Arnold Granted $1M Bond Amid Felony Charges

Judge Christopher C. Sabella set bond at $1 million for Detroit Lions cornerback Terrion Arnold on Monday. The ruling follows felony charges of kidnapping and armed robbery. Arnold must now surrender his passport and avoid all contact with six co-defendants and witnesses while remaining confined to his home outside of team duties.

Police claim the 23-year-old acted as the primary conspirator in a February attack. Arnold allegedly led a plot to pistol-whip three teenagers in a Tampa apartment, believing they stole property worth over $250,000. Investigators later determined the victims had no connection to the original theft that occurred at a Largo Airbnb rental.

Legal battles over a GPS monitor ended when the judge opted for a "paparazzi monitor" instead. This allows Arnold to practice and play for the Lions without equipment that would hinder his movement. Denise White of EAG Sports Management maintains there is very little evidence to suggest any criminal involvement by the player.

These restrictions mean the cornerback can only leave his residence for legal appointments and football activities. He has been in custody since turning himself in last Wednesday. The court now relies on the Lions' schedule and public visibility to track his compliance with the bond conditions.
