Five-star defensive tackle Jalen Brewster, the nation's top recruit in the 2027 cycle, has reaffirmed his commitment to Texas Tech and will shut down his recruitment. Brewster, the Rivals No. 1 recruit, chose to honor his long-standing pledge to the Red Raiders over LSU, Florida, Indiana, Ohio State, SMU, and Texas. Brewster will play his senior season at Buford (Ga.) High before joining Texas Tech.
