Transfer Window Frenzy

The transfer market is hurtling toward its Sept. 1 deadline, with several blockbuster moves looming. Manchester City are expected to send an offer for Chelsea midfielder Enzo Fernández, with sources indicating the Premier League champions are set to make an opening bid for the £120m-rated Argentine. City have already been active in the window, completing a record-breaking £86m move for Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi. Liverpool have approached Crystal Palace over potentially signing winger Ismaila Sarr, though Palace boss Pierre Sage says he expects the player to stay.
