Liberty Restoration Group, backed by Petra Capital Partners and Sharp Vue Capital, has acquired ServiceMaster Restoration Services by KRS, adding three offices in Peoria and Bloomington, Illinois, and Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This marks Liberty's second acquisition of 2026, following its April purchase of ServiceMaster of Columbia in Columbia, Missouri. With these deals, Liberty's footprint now spans eight markets across Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, Ohio, and Kentucky.

Liberty operates as a multi-market ServiceMaster Restore franchisee, providing 24/7 emergency mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction services, including water, fire, and storm damage recovery, for residential and commercial customers. Liberty was formed in 2025 through an investment by MBN Brands, Petra Capital Partners, and Sharp Vue Capital. With continued backing from these firms, Liberty intends to pursue further acquisitions to deepen its Midwest presence.
