Osceola Capital-backed Valor Exterior Partners has acquired Dick's Roof Repair, a Wisconsin-based provider of roofing, siding, and exterior home services. The acquisition marks Valor's 10th deal since launching in September 2024 and expands its presence into southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois within the Great Lakes region. Dick's Roof Repair, founded in 1957 by Dick Milkie and currently led by his son Jeff Milkie as president, will continue operating under the leadership of its existing management as part of the Valor platform.

Valor, headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, specializes in residential exterior services including roofing, siding, windows, doors, skylights, insulation, and decking. The company focuses on installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services across multiple markets. Osceola Capital typically invests in companies with $2 million to $10 million in EBITDA and supports buy-and-build growth strategies.

The transaction terms were not disclosed. This acquisition strengthens Valor's regional footprint and adds a well-established local brand to its growing portfolio of exterior home service providers.
