BV Investment Partners-backed Imagenet has acquired Analytica Consulting, a California-based data firm specializing in data engineering, analytics, AI, data science, visualization, and governance. The deal, for undisclosed terms, adds these capabilities to Imagenet's healthcare technology offerings, which include intelligent automation and operational services for payers. Analytica, founded in 2015, serves US government agencies and commercial clients in healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, and education.

It will continue serving existing clients while supporting Imagenet's broader technology strategy, with plans to extend its expertise to Imagenet's healthcare clients. The acquisition complements Imagenet's focus on combining healthcare operations expertise with modern data platforms.
