Allied Industrial Partners-backed CES Power has completed three acquisitions in Ireland, purchasing GH Energy Rental, Event Power and Purecore. The deals significantly expand CES Power's footprint in the temporary power and energy rental market across Ireland and the UK.

The acquired businesses will enhance CES Power's fleet of generators, lighting towers, transformers, cable, distribution and power management systems. All three teams will join CES Power as part of the acquisitions, bringing additional expertise and customer relationships to the combined business. Allied first acquired CES Power in 2021.

The consolidation creates a more formidable competitor in the temporary power sector. The combined expertise and expanded equipment fleet position CES Power to serve larger infrastructure and events customers across the region.
