FlexGen Power Systems has acquired Clean Energy Services in a strategic move to accelerate utility-scale energy storage project delivery. The acquisition combines FlexGen's software-focused OEM partner program with CES's commissioning and lifecycle service teams, creating an integrated model that enhances long-term asset reliability for utility customers.

Clean Energy Services brings extensive field experience, servicing over 1GW of solar sites and 4.5GWh of battery sites across North America. The company has commissioned more than 15 GWh of battery storage projects, providing FlexGen with immediate operational scale and technical expertise. CES's authorized service provider capabilities will strengthen FlexGen's software-driven approach to energy storage solutions.

This acquisition positions FlexGen to deliver faster project completion times and improved system availability throughout the life of utility assets. By integrating CES's field operations with its technology platform, FlexGen aims to streamline the deployment of large-scale storage systems. The deal reflects growing demand for integrated energy storage solutions as utilities increasingly rely on battery systems to manage grid stability and renewable energy integration.
