Adelis Equity Partners has agreed to sell its majority stake in Danish IT services provider netIP to Synova, a European growth-focused private equity firm. The deal includes reinvestment by netIP’s management team alongside Synova. Adelis became the majority owner of netIP in September 2022 when it was a regional IT provider with around 165 employees across seven offices in Denmark.
Under Adelis’s ownership, netIP more than doubled revenue and tripled EBITDA. The company grew organically and completed five add-on acquisitions while investing in its organization, service offering, and delivery platform. netIP now has more than 270 employees across 11 offices in Denmark and serves SMEs with IT outsourcing, infrastructure, cloud, AI services, cybersecurity, and consulting. Martin Welna and Jesper Bahlke of Adelis Equity Partners highlighted the team’s success in combining organic growth with disciplined M&A, integrating acquisitions fully into one operating model while maintaining local presence and customer proximity.
The transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to close around the turn of the year.
