Apheon has agreed to acquire Easi, a Belgian business software and managed IT services provider founded in 1999. The deal gives Apheon control of a platform serving over 1,500 mid-market and large clients across Belgium and Luxembourg, with operations in Nivelles and Leuven.

Easi employs more than 650 people and has delivered over 25 years of uninterrupted profitable growth. The company's employee ownership program, which includes more than 100 employee shareholders, will continue under the new partnership. This adds to Easi's recent acquisition of Anidris in Luxembourg earlier in 2025, expanding its regional footprint.

The acquisition strengthens Apheon's position in the Benelux IT services market, targeting a sector seeing increased consolidation. Managed IT services have become essential for businesses navigating hybrid work models and cybersecurity challenges. Easi's established client relationships and profitability make it an attractive target.

The deal preserves Easi's employee shareholder structure while bringing in fresh capital for expansion. This transaction reflects broader private equity interest in recurring-revenue IT service businesses across Europe.
