Battle Investment Group has completed the sale of portfolio company TRS Services to Allied Power Group, combining two industrial gas turbine repair service providers for undisclosed terms.

TRS Services, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Houston, provides maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for industrial gas turbine components to owner-operators, original equipment manufacturers, and independent service providers. The company operates from two adjacent Houston facilities totaling 75,000 square feet and is adding a 50,000-square-foot advanced repair center.

Allied Power Group, also based in Houston, offers component repair, rotor services, field services, and new and refurbished parts for gas and steam turbines and generators. The acquisition expands Allied Power Group's component repair capabilities, particularly within Siemens and Alstom turbines, and adds technical expertise and capacity.

Cliff Orr, partner at Battle Investment Group, noted that TRS had invested heavily in repair capabilities, vertically integrating previously outsourced processes, expanding its customer base, and adding capacity. Alantra served as financial advisor to TRS, with Holland & Knight LLP acting as legal advisor.
