Thoma Bravo completed its $466m take-private of Kneat, a Limerick-based digital validation software firm, which has now been delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange. Scaleup Europe, a public-private fund targeting $5.7bn, made its first investment by backing Finnish satellite company ICEYE. Meanwhile, Hollyport sold a passive 25% economic stake to Blue Owl while maintaining its independence as a tail-end specialist.

Healthcare & Food Services

PE-backed CHG Healthcare acquired medical staffing firm Krewe Anesthesia, expanding its hospital staffing platform. Phase 1 Equity, backed by Dune Glass, snapped up a North Dakota orthodontic practice, adding to its doctor-owned network. Baymark acquired healthy meal prep and delivery company Meal Prep Sunday, marking its 66th acquisition.

Industrial & Building Products

Alro Steel landed a majority investment from Lindsay Goldberg, with the founding Glick family retaining a significant stake. THL Partners invested in pavement maintenance firm Pave Masters, as existing investor Northern Lakes Capital exited. PrimeSource Brands, backed by Clearlake, acquired Starborn Industries, a provider of specialty branded building products. Separately, New Heritage backed Power Rail, a Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of aftermarket locomotive parts.

Entertainment & Continuation Funds

Providence agreed to sell live entertainment firm ATG to Mari; ATG operates 70 venues across the UK, US, Germany, and Spain, including seven on Broadway. Monogram completed a continuation fund for beverage company Mountaintop, with Apollo S3 as lead investor. In the same deal roundup, Ardian co-CEO Mark Benedetti detailed mispricing opportunities, and Apollo Sports Capital invested in Yankee Global Enterprises.

Other Acquisitions

BNP Group, backed by Godspeed Capital, acquired cost management firm US Cost Incorporated from seller Schneider S.E.
