Phase 1 Equity, backed by Dune Glass Capital, has acquired a North Dakota-based multi-site orthodontic practice. No financial terms were disclosed. Headquartered in Chicago, Phase 1 Equity is a doctor-owned, doctor-led, and doctor-governed platform for orthodontists and pediatric dentists.\n\nThis partnership marks Phase 1 Equity’s fourth practice addition of 2026 and its first in North Dakota.
