Dentalcorp, a Toronto-based dental support organization backed by GTCR, has acquired Northstar Dental Partners, a group of dental practices headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. This marks Dentalcorp's inaugural acquisition in the United States.

Dr. Jordan Tomalty, founder and CEO of Northstar, will maintain an ownership stake in the company. Graham Rosenberg, CEO and founder of Dentalcorp, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, stating, "Northstar is an exceptional company, and Dr. Tomalty is exactly the caliber of partner we look for as we expand across the US."

Dentalcorp supports a network of over 650 practices, facilitating nearly 6 million patient visits annually. The financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Legal and financial advisors for both entities were involved in the transaction.
