Baymark Partners has acquired Meal Prep Sunday, a San Diego-based meal preparation and delivery company. No financial terms were disclosed. The transaction marks Baymark Partners' 66th acquisition.

“We see an opportunity to help the company grow without changing what customers already love about it,” said David Hook, managing partner of Baymark Partners in a statement. Meal Prep Sunday was founded in May 2016 by Abtin Naderi, who will continue leading the business following the acquisition.

The acquisition underscores Baymark's strategy of investing in founder-led businesses in the growing healthy food delivery sector. Meal Prep Sunday offers pre-portioned, chef-prepared meals designed for convenience and nutrition. With Baymark's resources, the company aims to expand its customer base and operational reach while maintaining the quality and personal touch that defined its early success. This marks another milestone in Baymark's consistent acquisition pace, having completed 66 transactions to date.
