Apple has announced that "The Morning Show" will conclude with its fifth and final season, slated for release on Apple TV+ in 2027. The critically acclaimed drama, starring Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston, was among the initial lineup of shows available when Apple TV+ launched in 2019.

Original cast members, including Witherspoon, Aniston, and Mark Duplass, are expected to return for the series' farewell run. The workplace-oriented drama has been a flagship program for the streaming service since its inception.

The announcement comes as Apple TV+ continues to garner accolades, having recently received a record 87 Emmy nominations for 2026.
