Emergency SOS via satellite is accessible on the iPhone 14 and newer models, as well as the Apple Watch Ultra 3. The function enables users to send text messages to emergency services when they are in a remote area or experiencing a connectivity outage. To utilize the feature in Andorra and Iceland, users will need to ensure their devices are running iOS 26.4 or later, and watchOS 26.4 or later, respectively.

This expansion marks a continued effort by Apple to enhance safety and connectivity for its users globally.
