Apple has launched AppleCare+ coverage in Indonesia, extending its paid protection and support options to customers across the country. The service provides extended hardware coverage beyond the standard one-year warranty and 90 days of complimentary technical support that comes with most Apple products.

AppleCare+ offers accidental damage protection for drops and spills, battery replacement when capacity drops below 80 percent, and 24/7 priority access to support. Coverage extends to devices including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, Pro Display XDR, and Apple TV. The service is available through Apple's network of Authorized Service Providers, offering both mail-in and in-store repair options, with Mac users potentially eligible for onsite service.

Global repair coverage allows Indonesian customers traveling abroad to obtain service through Apple's international network, subject to local parts and service availability. Customers can purchase AppleCare+ when ordering a qualifying device or within 12 months of purchase. This expansion represents Apple's ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive protection and support to customers worldwide, bringing the company's premium service offering to the Indonesian market.
