Apple will enable Walt Disney World guests to use enhanced digital keys in iOS 27. The new Apple Wallet feature lets users tap their iPhone or Apple Watch at park gates and Lightning Lane queues, displaying real‑time park reservations, Lightning Lane selections, dining bookings, and special events. This upgrade follows the existing MagicMobile pass added through the My Disney Experience app today.

TechRadar reports that Walt Disney World will add support for the improved feature by the September iOS 27 launch. Resorts World Las Vegas, which operates three Hilton hotels, also plans to offer the upgraded Apple Wallet keys. Guests will still need the My Disney Experience app to book Lightning Lane rides and dining, but the Wallet pass will refresh dynamically throughout the day.

By integrating dynamic, real‑time hotel and resort data into the Wallet app, Apple gives travelers a single, touch‑free gateway to all itinerary details. For Disney visitors, the updated pass consolidates reservations, event access, and dining plans, easing coordination for group members who manage each other's days. The feature underscores Apple’s push to make Wallet a central travel companion.
