Honor executive Wang Fei has shared images of the upcoming Magic V6 foldable on Weibo, showcasing what appears to be a crease-less inner display. The images show no visible ridge along the middle when viewed head-on, marking a significant advancement for foldable technology.

According to Fei, Honor achieved this crease-less display without compromising other key parameters like thin and light design, battery capacity, or performance. The company has previously confirmed the V6 will feature IP68 and IP69 ingress protection, making it the first foldable to offer that level of durability. The device will also include advanced display protection with ultra-thin glass (UTG) and an industry-leading 1.5% reflection rating for better outdoor usability.

Honor is implementing an updated Super Steel Hinge to improve durability, which likely contributes to the lack of visible display crease. The Magic V6 is set to debut at MWC Barcelona on March 1, with an exclusive sneak peek already revealed for the red version. This crease-less display achievement positions Honor competitively against rivals like Oppo, which is also teasing its upcoming Find N6 foldable with similar crease-less technology.
