Tokyo's newest tourist attraction combines two popular experiences: sightseeing and all-you-can-eat sushi. The double-decker Sushi Bus features a kitchen on the first floor and a dining area with conveyor belts on the second floor. An elevator allows staff to deliver fresh fish to passengers while they watch the city pass by.

The bus departs from Kajibashi Parking Lot near Tokyo Station, traveling a 70-minute circular route. Landmarks like Ginza, Shibuya Scramble Crossing, and Asakusa's Kaminarimon gate are expected stops, though the final route remains undetermined. The project took about two and a half years to develop, with extensive testing to prevent sushi from falling during sudden stops.

Tours begin October 10 with a single vehicle seating 20 diners. At 16,000 yen (about $101) per person, the experience offers good value. The company plans to expand to Osaka and Kyoto eventually.
