Oppo has revealed details about the Find N6 foldable's groundbreaking crease-free display technology ahead of its launch next week. The company claims to have achieved the first 'zero-feel crease' through a combination of its new 2nd-generation Titanium Flexion Hinge and Auto-Smoothing Flex Glass. This addresses one of the most persistent issues plaguing foldable devices - the visible crease that develops over time.

The hinge represents a significant engineering achievement, using liquid 3D printing with photopolymer resin droplets to eliminate microscopic structural irregularities. Made from Grade-5 titanium alloy with a wider waterdrop design, it increases the folding radius while reducing stress on the display. The Auto-Smoothing Flex Glass is 50% thicker than standard Ultra-Thin Glass, offering superior durability and elasticity that prevents deformations.

Independent testing with TÜV Rheinland found the Find N6's display maintains a perfectly flat appearance even after 600,000 folds, with crease depth reduced by 82% compared to the previous generation. This represents a major leap forward in foldable display technology, potentially setting a new standard for the industry.
