Oppo has revealed how it achieved the crease-less display on its upcoming Find N6 foldable phone through a rare behind-the-scenes factory tour. The company showcased three years of development and dozens of prototypes that led to the refined assembly process. Each component is installed within a tolerance of 0.03mm, with dozens of new inspection steps added to the production line.

To prove the durability of its crease-less design, Oppo demonstrated an automated testing stand where devices undergo 300,000 fold/unfold cycles. Reporters inspected a unit that had completed 170,000 cycles, finding the crease still barely noticeable. The Find N6 reportedly aced TÜV Rheinland's tests and achieved the flattest display on any foldable phone to date.

The inner display measures 8.12 inches while the cover panel is 6.62 inches, though these dimensions haven't been officially confirmed. Leaked specifications suggest the phone will feature a 200MP quad-camera system tuned by Hasselblad, powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset with a 6,000mAh battery supporting 80W fast charging.
