Phoenix Equity, Thoma Bravo Bet on Ireland Deals

Phoenix Equity Partners announced an investment in Medmark, an occupational healthcare provider operating from nine locations across Ireland. Phoenix plans to support Medmark's expansion of clinical teams, technology investment, and geographic reach.

Exponent agreed to invest in OFS, a Naas-based provider of specialist technical services for global power generation. Co-founders Eric Kavanagh and Joseph Dunne will continue leading OFS. Exponent also closed a €750 million continuation vehicle for H&MV Engineering, valuing the Limerick-based firm at €1.4 billion.

Thoma Bravo completed the take-private of Kneat, a Limerick-based digital validation provider, valued at approximately C$650 million.
