Greybull Stewardship-backed Pro Home has acquired the Pro Home Metro DC franchise, expanding its presence across Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland, and Delaware. The transaction, for undisclosed terms, folds the independently operated Mid-Atlantic business directly into Pro Home's corporate platform. Pro Home, supported by Greybull since 2019, brings 42 years of experience and corporate infrastructure to the newly acquired operation.

The acquisition combines Pro Home's established services and technology platform with the franchise's regional foothold built over more than two decades. Builders and developers in the Mid-Atlantic will gain direct access to Pro Home's operational expertise and resources, including support for expansion along the Eastern Seaboard. Mike Walsh founded and led Pro Home Metro DC for 24 years following his retirement as a pilot from the US Air Force.

The franchise served single-family builders and multifamily developers throughout the region. This strategic move strengthens Pro Home's position in the builder warranty management services market and enhances service delivery to existing and new clients across the Mid-Atlantic region.
